Hello,guys!Nice to meet any of you here.
Firstly,please permit me give a short self-introduction.
My English name is Jim working at an international coporation in Tianjin.I'm 26 boy,fond of playing basketball , reading,travelling,reciting ,etc.

In my opinion,thus we come here by the summon of becoming an English talent,why we communicate here in English?
English is a tool which can be used smoothly only through the continuous application.
Maybe you believe you know few words,could it be said that a child should better not speak until he control the enough  letters?
Then how much is the limitation of "enough"?
So ,,come on ,every one!
Don't linger at the letters and grammar,whereas openning your mouth,activating your finger and beating your brains to fire the flame of learning language.
